From right of first refusal contract clauses, to lack of provider choice, to fragmented and confusing recovery plans, to a potential loss of benefits from “non-participation,” the current operation of PCVRS can negatively impact a Veteran’s recovery and wellness.

Veterans deserve a system that treats them fairly and delivers the support they have earned.
